Aluminum is a high quality material at a very competitive total cost.
With only 1/3 the weight of steel, aluminum provides for cost savings in logistics and installation. Tooling and metalworking are easy, and constructions are based on modular and normalized profiles. The high quality material has a lifetime of over 30 years without any maintenance or painting with no harmful oxidation.

Ideal for marine and salt-water sensitive shore applications
Working with non-marine hardware in these environments can result in high maintenance costs and a significant reduction in the lifetime of a product.
Most JOMY constructions are built using high quality alloys of the EN AW 606X family (mainly 6060 and 6063). According to the definition, Alcoa marine aluminum alloy is in the 5XXX and 6XXX ranges.
Most aluminum JOMY products are anodized to 10 microns to increase protection. A custom anodizing rate will be provided on request.
Hight quality welding
We produce and weld every product according to your requirements. Because we offer a wide range of standard aluminum products, we'll first try to find solutions for which no welding is needed. The product is then based on standardized elements and designed for easy installation. This ensures a reduction of production and installation costs.
On request, all special and specific products in aluminum can be welded according to the highest quality standards. Due to the oxidation layer on aluminum, the welding needs to be done by TIG welding with special trained welders. JOMY's workshops are equipped with state of the art welding equipment and professionally trained welders.
